SHIPPING POLICY
Most items sold by LBC Customs are made-to-order.
This means that when you place an order, we print your item just for you—one at a time—to ensure the highest quality.
Please note: During holidays, graduation season, and other peak times, processing and delivery times may be delayed. We kindly ask that you allow up to 10 additional business days beyond the estimated time frame listed below.

Shipping Rate
Shipping costs may vary based on current logistics conditions.
Please note that prices can be higher during holidays and year-end events due to increased demand and limited carrier availability.
Estimate Time Of Arrival
Order Processing & Shipping Information
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. postal holidays:
New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
To estimate when your order will arrive, please review the following time frames:

Production & Processing Time: 5–10 business days

Standard Shipping Time: 7–20 business days (This begins from the date the order is shipped, not when the order is placed.)
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package.
Please Note:
If your order includes personalization or customization, additional time may be required for design. The design time will vary depending on the complexity of your request.

Order Tracking
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep!
Please allow 5–7 days for the shipping carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information isn’t available right away, don’t worry—it simply means the carrier hasn’t processed your parcel yet. Once it’s scanned, tracking updates will appear on the tracking page.
If your order has passed the estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to look into it and assist you.
Incorrect Address
Shipping Address Policy
Please make sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
If we detect any missing or incorrect information, we may reach out to confirm the details. However, this may result in delays in processing and delivering your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned to sender due to inaccurate shipping information.
Returned packages are donated to charity and will not be returned to our warehouse.
Before contacting our customer service team, please double-check the shipping address you provided at checkout.
Additionally, if you contact the shipping carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels as a result of those changes.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Please note: For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping at checkout.
Can I see preview of my final custom item before shipping?
Design Preview Policy
Please note that previews of the final product are not available for all orders. However, in some cases, we may contact you regarding your order before it is printed.
